Chicken Feet and Noodles at SOOK Siam

It was almost closing time when we reached ICONSIAM and we also spent a lot of time exploring the indoor floating market area called- SOOK Siam. There's a lot to see and explores so by the time we decided to eat, most of the stalls and restaurants are already closing.

SOOK Siam: Indoor Floating Market

Aside from temples, food, night markets, Bangkok is also known for its famous floating markets. And if you haven't seen one yet, you can go to this link---> Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. It is a nice experience to go on an actual floating market tour but if you are pressed for time or not in the mood to go to the outskirts of Bangkok, then I suggest SOOK Siam.

SOOK Siam is easily accessible via BTS Skytrain, or simply hop on to a taxi or tuktuk (depends on where you're coming from though). Or via Grab car, our preferred mode of transportation in Bangkok.

Gloria's Kitchen in Boracay

If you're craving for Filipino home-cooked food in Boracay that has a  lovely view of the sea, then I suggest Gloria's Kitchen located in Station 1. This is one of my nice 'foodie' discovery during our recent trip to Boracay.

NEW RESTO ALERT: HuChi Southeast Eats

UPDATE: This restaurant is now permanently closed at Power Plant Mall

Not really new but rather a rebranding of Phat Pho restaurant at the Powerplant Mall. Of course, there's a big difference on the menu list also. But I love HuChi.

If Phat Pho made me think about pho, HuChi makes me crave for Mango Sticky Rice.

HuChi's Mango Sticky Rice is one of the best I've tasted here in Manila, and is comparable to the ones I ate in the streets of Bangkok. The best part, this is only P135.

Boracay's Iconic Jonah's Fruit Shake

Have you been to Boracay or going to Boracay anytime soon? Then I'm sure you have tasted or heard about Jonah's Fruit Shake, one of the most recognizable food establishment in Boracay. It has been there for almost three decades now. Wow!

More Matcha and Houjicha at TSUJIRI

TSUJIRI has always been our favorite go-to place whenever we crave for Japanese blended drinks or lattes. But aside from those wonderful drinks, Tsujiri also serve traditional Japanese desserts, cakes, cookies, sundaes, and limited runs of sandwiches.
