FOOD FINDS: Mama Jem's Shrimp Paste

a.k.a. bagoong ...

I received this cute bottle of bagoong from a friend two weeks ago but it was my hubby who did the initial food tasting. He mixed a tsp of bagoong with vinegar and used it as dipping sauce for his favorite fried danggit. He gave it a thumbs up!

The bagoong is not that salty so that's good for the health conscious and it smells good. I've already paired it with green mango and its good.
