Marriott Manila’s Marriott Cafe is dishing out only the best for the best with culinary marvels created by their award-winning chefs. Start off with fresh greens and a variety of sauces in their salad station. Get on the roll with the cold cuts and cheese station, perfect to match your choice of bread. Now you’re set to partake on the main course with a wide array of food choices from different stations. The Gambas Station offers fresh gambas with unprecedented homemade sauces guaranteed to explode in your mouth in every bite. Diverse food choices are available like sushi and sashimi freshly prepared right before your eyes, noodles and dim-sums you can use to create your own soup, a selection of pastas you can pair with your choice of sauce, and some meaty options perfect for the grill. The Filipino station features local favorites such as bulalo and kare-kare, that’s guaranteed to be a nostalgic experience in every bite. The teppanyaki station is a sure hit too as you watch the lively chefs prepare your order. Don’t miss out on more highlights such as the US Prime Rib Eye, Foie Gras, and the Sustainable Seafood choices on ice. Craving for sweet endings is not a problem with various desserts, chocolate fountain station, halo-halo cart roaming around, the infamous gelatos and the crepe station, are all surefire to sate your sweet tooth. Fat Fook Manila, the restaurant that's been making foodies excited with its Taiwanese noms opened its latest branch at The Globe Tower in BGC. The restaurant which has a seating capacity of about 40, also has a dedicated take-out counter should you have cravings for yummy Taiwanese snacks.

There's a lot of interesting noms from the menu but here are my favorites:

Taiwanese Sausage on sticks. I've been hearing about this amazing sausages from my friends who has been to Taiwan and its on the must-try list. And thanks to Fat Fook Manila, I don't have to fly to Taiwan to enjoy these sausages. It tastes sweet but the meat is firm and not as oily as our local sausage (longganisa). The garlic inserted on the sausages looks weird but it adds some flavor to it. I'm guessing that this sausages are best paired with a bottle of beer. ;)
