And it is a gastronomic journey to ask the Chef's recommendation on what lobster specialty dish is perfect for you based on your preference- Lobster Thermidor, Garlic Lobster flambeed, or simply have it grilled and squeeze some lemon.
For me, I love the Steamed Lobster with lemon sauce and the Chef's recommendation which is the Lobster with Sweet Chili Sauce.
Of course, let us not forget the other International Cuisine stations that is included in the buffet.
The lobster treat doesn't end at the buffet table because each guest will be given a "token" that they can use at the Claw Catcher machine. And if you're lucky to catch a toy, you not only get to keep it but you are also going to take home a 400 grams platter of lobster. Whoa!
