Savoring Hong Kong Favorites at Honolulu HK Cafe in SM Aura Premiere

Hong Kong holds a special place in my heart. I love how they were able to preserve their culture amidst modernity. Of course, this is also true with their dishes- they have the best and unassuming traditional dimsum versus the artisinal ones.

And to satisfy that craving for authentic Hong Kong noms, Honolulu HK Cafe comes to the rescue.


Dumaguete Eats: Budbod Kabog and Sikwate

I've had my first budbod kabog and sikwate summer of '93. I was then attending a writing workshop in Dumaguete and during weekends or whenever we happen to wake up early, I and my co-fellows used to go to the market and feast on budbod.
