This year has been a life-changer for every one especially for moms like me. Imagine preparing tons of meals that will satisfy the whole family, and at the same time making sure that they are eating healthily. Another factor is that since the community quarantine began in mid-March, by the end of the year, I am really running out of ideas on what meal to prepare.
Here's one of the dishes I prepared for my family this quarantine season- Shrimp Scampi Paired with Mekeni Cheese Hotdog.
