Breakfast At Honeycomb Inn

Prior to our trip to Dumaguete this year, I searched online for the nicest hotel located along the famous Rizal Boulevard. You see, I was fortunate enough to have been part of the Siliman National Writers Workshop years ago and I fell in love with Rizal Boulevard. And I wanted my daughter to experience what I felt in Dumaguete. Luckily, I stumbled upon the lovely Honeycomb Inn.

Atong Kamalig

An ihaw-ihaw restaurant in Dumaguete City. It is near Silliman University. This is where we dined during our first night in Dumaguete. About a km away from Honeycomb Hotel. Diners in the evening are treated to a live band performance. The restaurant also serve beer and alcoholic beverages.





Chicken Inato. This is how they call grilled chicken. It was nicely grilled. No reddish or bloody part. And surprise, surprise. The meat was not dry. Yummy!

I've done my research before our trip to Dumaguete City and I think daughter and I just discovered cake heaven! Located at #1 San Jose St., Dumaguete City (few steps away from Rizal Boulevard), Sansrival Cakes and Pastries is a must-visit when touring Negros.
