Salted Eggs

The eggs were given by hubby's client who owns a poultry farm and balut business in Pateros. These are duck eggs so its bigger than chicken eggs and tastes a bit different. The egg, when cooked is much more firm or rubbery (?) that chicken egg.
These salted eggs, are not that salty and I love the natural oil once you opened it. Sadly, I forgot to take a photo of an opened egg because it went straight to the tummy. Nice paired with rice or bread or even by itself.
