Razon's In Pampanga

We love Razon's Halo-halo and we always have an order or two whenever we visit the mall. It has a different and creamier texture from the usual halo-halo, and it doesn't have beans. I don't like beans.

But during an unscheduled trip to Pampanga, I was able to try the Razon's Halo-halo there and it tasted way too different from the one's being served here in Metro Manila. The difference is the milk. In Pampanga, Razon's use carabao's milk so the taste is much, much creamier.

Nanyang: A Kopi Tiam in High Street

Kopi tiam is a traditional coffeeshop that is popular in Singapore. Aside from breakfast, kopi tiam or kopitams is also a popular place for lunch and snacks because of it serves Singaporean comfort food favorites such as laksa and nasi lemak. Of course, a kopi tiam won't be complete without coffee and kaya toast pairing.

Nanyang opened in Bonifacio High Street to satisfy that craving for authentic Singaporean noms even without a plane ticket.
