Bistro Saratoga Part 1

This is a haven for organic-food lovers. Even if you eat a lot of veggies, your body still feels light. And yes, eating veggies is healthy. So there! Also, the relaxing view of lush greens refreshes the soul.

Herbed Butter. So good! Can I have some more please?

Freshly Baked Bread.

Salad With Grilled Eggplant. C ordered this. I can't eat anything with eggplant.

Salad Greens With Feta. So fresh. Bistro Saratoga's vegetable garden is just nearby so one can really be assured of its freshness.

Different Salad Dressings. Everything tastes good, really. We tried it all. ;)

To differentiate the two, Salcedo market  is held every Saturday at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village Makati while Legaspi market is held every Sunday at the Corinthian Carpark in Legaspi Village Makati. Since we were coming from Dusit Thani Manila, it was quite a long walk but it was early in the morning (around 8AM) and even Ayala and Makati Avenues were still without cars. Wow!
