Jam-packed!

My first attempt at jam-making! I grew up in a household where my mother and aunts made jams and marmalades and other goodies. And it took me decades to gather up my courage and delve into jam-making.

Lovely pineapple bits. I have a suking fruit seller who pass by the house almost every day of the week. All I need to do is tell him what fruit I like.





Pineapple jam paired with cheese on top of crackers. Heaven!
After boiling the pineapple bits in tons of sugar, let it cool for a bit then pair it with your favorite crackers.
