Taco Bell Live MAS

Taco Bell Philippines recently launched the Live MAS concept store in Gateway Mall, Quezon City.

Live MAS aims to provide its customers the perfect dining experience evolving from "food as fuel" to "food as experience."

Live MAS also encourages the consumers to step out of their comfort zone and believe in the saying that- "If you never do, you'll never know." And as part of the campaign, the new Taco Bell dining experience assures its consumers of excellent food experience by providing the freshest ingredients- MAS HEART; and reasonable prices- MAS VALUE.

The newly renovated Taco Bell at the ground floor of Gateway Mall sports a funkier interior now and much more spacious.

As always, Taco Bell cares for their customers by offering only the freshest ingredients for their tacos, and other dishes. The quality of food is not compromised but instead, enhanced.

RECIPE: TKG's Pan-Grilled Maya-Maya With Calamansi Butter Sauce

I chanced upon some fresh-looking Maya-Maya being sold near my daughter's school today so I bought some. I don't really have a dish in mind when I bought it. Maybe fried, sinigang ... And upon checking the fridge and pantry (no more olive oil), I decided to marinate the fish in calamansi to remove the fishy taste. I pan-grilled the fish being careful not to burn it. Then I minced some garlic, cooked it in butter, added some salt and poured the sauce on top of the fish. And its ready to eat. And oh, I also steamed some cauliflower as a side-dish. Bon appetit!
