Panda Express Opens Its 3rd Branch at Double Dragon Meridian Park

Panda Express, the world's famous American Dining concept will open its 3rd restaurant on June 11, 2021 at the commercial block of Double Dragon Meridian Park in Pasay City.

"We are thrilled to finally countdown to our opening day and share with our fans in the south Panda Express' exceptional American Chinese cuisine," said Julius Marlon Dela Crus, Marketing Manager at Panda Express. "Guests living and working around the central business district in the Bay Area have always expressed their cravings for Panda Express. And we heard them, we heard you."

The Panda Express menu includes a variety of entrees with influences from the eight traditional cuisines of China. Its bestselling Original Chicken Orange, crispy chicken wok-tossed in sweet tangy sauce, is inspired by Panda Express co-founder Andrew Cheng's hometown flavors of Yangzhou, China.

Panda Express also introduced two new dishes to the Philippine menu- Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Mongolian Pork.

"Panda Express is continuously introducing to Filipinos its innovative take on American Chinese cuisine that showcases the 'Wok Hei' or 'breath of the wok,' which creates that signature smoky, umami flavor of the entrees. The top quality of ingredients, preparation and cooking all make a different in the addictive flavors that makes our guests fall in love with Panda Express dishes," added Dela Cruz.

Aside from dining at the restaurant, Panda Express is also available for delivery via Panda Express FB Messenger, GrabFood, and foodpanda.

Makati has been a go-to place for my family and I to grab a meal or sometimes just to have a cup of coffee. Though, really, it’s mostly just us visiting our favorite spots. Recently, my mom went out of town so it was just my dad and I who went out for dinner.

Salcedo Market x Legaspi Market Tour

We haven't visited the weekend markets for years so I was giddy with excitement because I was able to visit both Salcedo and Legaspi markets this month, thanks to our Dusit Thani Manila staycation . To differentiate the two, Salcedo market  is held every Saturday at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village Makati while Legaspi market is held every Sunday at the Corinthian Carpark in Legaspi Village Makati. Since we were coming from Dusit Thani Manila, it was quite a long walk but it was early in the morning (around 8AM) and even Ayala and Makati Avenues were still without cars. Wow!
