Barbara's Takes You Back In Time
The Walled City of Intramuros is Manila's pride when it comes to culture and history, and it also happens that Intramuros is a favorite destination of balikbayans, tourists, and even locals. Aside from the old structures, Fort Santiago, churches, and museums, it also offers a number of notable restaurants such as Barbara's.
Located just a few steps away from San Agustin church, Barbara's is known for its old Manila glamour. Think Maria Clara and Crisostomo Ibarra.

The restaurant has an array of mouth-watering Filipino dishes to offer including its famous Sinigang na Corned Beef that began the Filipino Cuisine evolution from traditional to modern. We dined at the Serendra branch yesterday to check out the new dishes on the menu and also got to meet Chef Vicky Pacheco. Wow!
Adobo Pizza
Resorts World Manila is not your usual pizza place nor your usual resto. It's a posh casino place akin to those in Macau and in L.A. So the next question is, how is it related to Adobo Pizza?
This is what one calls serendipity. The choices on the menu board doesn't even include adobo pizza. There's the usual smatterin of quattro fromaggio, meat pizza, white pizza, etc. Luckily, serendity strikes. A foodie friend of a friend happens to be there and ordered Adobo Pizza for us.
