Streetfood Favorites At Eat Fresh

This is a belated post about our post-Christmas pig-out at Eat Fresh with my daughter and aunt. I guess we've eaten too much good food that craving for "Hong Kong" streetfood is inevitable. ;)

We usually choose our "streetfood" upon entering the restaurant because their kitchen is in front. You can see them frying a lot of sinfully oily but delicious streetfood.

Pig's Ear and Lobster Roll. I love the chewy pig's ears. My aunt and I shared this order except for the lobster roll which was requested by daughter. Costs P30-35.

Laksa. I haven't tasted "real" laksa so this is what I have in mind when I'm all eager to eat and slurp spicy noodles. Its not that spicy according to some friends who tasted this but for me, it is. It has tons of fishballs, lobster and shrimp rolls also plus the egg. You can skip ordering the fried dimsums since the laksa contains more than a fair share. Serving is good for 3-4 pax and costs only P180.

Isaw. Pig's intestines. These are pieces of heaven. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside. However, I have this habit of removing the stuff inside the isaw- hehe. Costs P30-35 I think.

Takoyaki. My daughter and nephew are great fans of this takoyaki. There's a 15-minutes waiting time for this order because they just make this when someone orders. P120.

Special Fried Rice. A very filling fried rice. I remember eating tons of this before. Good for 2-3 pax. P95.

Vinegar. You must ask for this vinegar because sometimes they don't serve this. I don't know why. It's sour, sweet and spicy at the same time. Best dipping sauce for the pig's ears and isaw.

Spicy Hot Laksa. That's my tiny bowl of spicy goodness. Oh my ... it makes me drool as I write this post.

You can also order a liter of black gulaman for only P60. Other drinks are also available as well as tons of dishes which we haven't tried yet since we always order the sinfully oily dimsum at Eat Fresh. At least, I always have the excuse to go back ... and the restaurant is just near my house. :D
