I've always wanted to make my own bread and for the longest time, I got myself some pans, oven, yeast, flour, and other ingredient. I checked the recipes online and did try making soft rolls. Hahaha, it was a disaster, I don't know what happen or I miscalculated the yeast, can't figure out the oven temperature, or whatever. The bread turned out so hard it resembles an edible rock. But the dream of making my own bread didn't stop there. I continued browsing thru recipes, and checking out the bread from bakeshops, and eat different kinds of bread to check which ones I like best and which one I want to make in the (near) future.

Highlighting Mercato Centrale Glorietta is Margarita Fores’ newest Italian street food concept, a Raclette cheeseburger, beef wagyu cubes, sushi bars, lechon belly, Vietnamese Noodle dishes, Greek street food, Bak Kut Teh, Indian tikka, dessert milkshakes, and a whole lot of of mouthwatering goodies.

Christmas is just around the corner and its that time of the year again when shopping, and shopping, and shopping comes to mind. And as an early Christmas treat to its cardholders, BPI partnered with Landers Superstore to make shopping jolly for BPI Cardholders.

UPDATE: Resto is already closed.  Beeffalo is not really a "new" restaurant find for me because I've been to the branches in Antipolo and Marikina . The restaurant is known for its steaks, ribs, pizza, taco salad, and a whole lot more. Food was quite good, served pipping hot. The only downside (for me, that is) is that the resto is too far from where I live.

I love that you can literally pair eggs with almost every dish. I think my weirdest pairing was kare-kare with hardboiled eggs. No kidding. Anyways, I'm sharing a simple and easy-to-make fluffy scrambled eggs with shrimp.

As Mario's Baguio turns 46 years, the restaurant says thank you in more ways than one. And as a special treat to its patrons, Mario's famous Caesar Salad comes free with every steak order from Monday to Thursday until October 31. Mario's offers excellent steaks like Tenderloin, T-bone, and Rib-eye with choices of bearnaise, peppercorn or mushroom gravy.
