Eatigo- Perfect App for Foodies!

Choosing where to eat or what to eat is a struggle for a foodie or literally for every one else who loves to eat. Luckily, there's an app that addresses a foodie's dilemma and its aptly called- Eatigo.

"Eatigo's mission is to connect empty tables with empty stomachs by offering time-based discounts at every participating restaurant, every day," said Angela Go, Eatigo Country Manager. "It works for both diners and restaurants. Users can choose from upscale hotels to popular food chains, and even hole-in-the-wall establishments all at 50% off, making it possible for our users to conveniently dine out as frequently as they want without breaking the bank. The restaurants on the other hand get to fill empty seats during off-peak hours, now that's a win-win."

Here are some of the impressive line-up of restaurants at Eatigo:

Marriott Cafe, Pepper Lunch, Dulcinea, Barcino, The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams, Heat at Shangri-La Manila, Alta at Ascott BGC, Ramen Nagi, Vengo, Gelatofix, among others.

Since its launch in the country, Eatigo has been steadily expanding its reach and to make things more exciting, Eatigo is highlighting WOW Wednesday beginning this month of May. Eatigo offers 50% discounts all day at your favorite restaurants on one Wednesday each month. Mark your calendars because WOW Wednesday is happening on May 9.

Another exciting promo to watch out for is Eatigo's Late Lunch Early Dinner Specials. The restaurants featured will be offering 50% discounts for specific times one whole week of every month. This May 21-27, customers can get 50% discount between 3:00PM to 5:30PM. Other promos will be revealed on Eatigo's FB Page so do watch out for it. Of course, you need to download the app too. ;)

NEW RESTO ALERT: Hà Nội Phố (Ha Noi Pho)

Makati has been a go-to place for my family and I to grab a meal or sometimes just to have a cup of coffee. Though, really, it’s mostly just us visiting our favorite spots. Recently, my mom went out of town so it was just my dad and I who went out for dinner.

Salcedo Market x Legaspi Market Tour

We haven't visited the weekend markets for years so I was giddy with excitement because I was able to visit both Salcedo and Legaspi markets this month, thanks to our Dusit Thani Manila staycation . To differentiate the two, Salcedo market  is held every Saturday at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village Makati while Legaspi market is held every Sunday at the Corinthian Carpark in Legaspi Village Makati. Since we were coming from Dusit Thani Manila, it was quite a long walk but it was early in the morning (around 8AM) and even Ayala and Makati Avenues were still without cars. Wow!
