Starbucks welcomes the summer season with two specially created frappuccino blended beverage from April 11 to June 4, 2018- Tea-ramisu and Midnight Mocha Frappuccino. These two blended drinks will surely make you #GetTheFeels of summer.
Tea-ramisu Frappuccino is a delightful blend of creamy cheesecake milk with Japanese Matcha and topped with whipped cream and green tea cookie bits. This sublime-tasting drink is the perfect blended beverage when you need that extra energy summer boost. Quite refreshing and makes me think of fluffy cheesecake.
On the other hand, Midnight Mocha Frappuccino has a more intense flavor blended from rich, bittersweet black cocoa powder, coffee, java chipped with whipped cream and cocoa powder. The combination of flavors makes it velvety and truly wakes up the senses. I also detect a hint of berries that makes this drink utterly delicious.
Aside from the summer blended beverage, Starbucks also has some yummy baked goodies that greatly compliments summer. Here are my two favorites: The Chocolate Babka (non-Kosher) which has its origins from Eastern Europe. This is a soft and chocolatey sweet bread filled with Belgian chocolate. Best eaten warm so that you can savor the oozing chocolate.
And the Pistachio Dome which is actually a white chocolate mousse with creamy pistachio, with layers of vanilla and chocolate cake topped with whipped cream and pistachio nuts. Yummy!
And because its summer, Columbia Huila is the highlighted Starbucks Single Origin series. This coffee has some fruity notes and milky chocolate sweetness.
Of course, summer is not complete without some Starbucks merch that comes mostly in lovely pastel colors.

Awww....I'm currently trying to stick to Keto diet so I can't try any of these new concoctions, but I love those tumblers. One of my wishes is to own one of those one day. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, you can't have sweets with Keto diet? Sked a cheat day! hehe ;)
DeleteNo, keto is a no sugar diet. We can take anything subbed with stevia or equal gold or erythirol though. :)
DeleteI'm not fond of drinking coffee so I rarely go to Starbucks. But I like their cakes and pastries. The Pistachio Dome looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteNot a coffee drinker so I order choco drinks when I chance in SB, which is very seldom -- like once a year? haha. But yes, these new set of merchandise are really cute and nice!
ReplyDeleteMy all-time fave at Starbucks is the Signature Iced Chocolate :) You should try the Midnight Mocha, definitely chocolate-y ;)
DeleteLove the tumblers. =) I think I'd try the midnight mocha frapp. I love mocha frapp and I wonder how this one would taste. =) I like the variety of flavors there. I feel we have a limited one here in the mid-east. =)
ReplyDeleteI would love to try that tea-ramisu! I always go for coffee jelly frap. Let’s see if I can have a new favorite
