Healthy Food Choices at Paradise Dynasty

People nowadays are keen on having a healthy lifestyle and that include choosing restaurants that serve healthy food when they dine out. One such restaurant is Paradise Dynasty. This Singaporean favorite has been in the country for more than five years and is continuously providing delicious and healthy food choices for Filipinos.

Paradise Dynasty is famous for its colored  Xiao Long Bao. Did you know that there are ginseng, and garlic xiao long bao flavor choices?

Aside from the yummy xiao long bao, Paradise Dynasty has a wide array of menu choices such as my favorite Lettuce Roll with Homemade Sesame Dressing

This crunchy lettuce roll is the perfect pair for protein especially if you are skipping rice. The sesame dip adds a totally different texture and flavor to the lettuce.

Then there's Braised Tofu with Sliced Mushrooms. Full of umami-rich mushrooms. This dish is a nice alternative to meat especially if you are vegan.

Raddish Pastry is simply flaky delicious. This is your radish cake in pastry form. And did I say that it is not oily?

Poached Sliced Fish in Szechuan Chili Oil. Did you know that Szechuan pepper is said to improve blood circulation and help boost the immune system? It also has other health benefits.

Overall, dining at Paradise Dynasty is a great experience. The food portion is good for sharing and the food choices cater to both vegan and non-vegan, not to mention reasonably priced between P150- P988.

Paradise Dynasty is conveniently located at S Maison Conrad in Pasay City, SM Aura Premier in Taguig City, and The Podium in Ortigas Center.

NEW RESTO ALERT: Saigosan in Uptown Mall

Konnichiwa Saigosan! A new and funky izakaya recently opened at Uptown Mall headed by Chef Chris Oronce. This izakaya not only serves delectable dishes but is also a visual-feast. Inspired by animes, mangas, and JPop culture, Saigosan even has a train wherein you can hop from Kyoto to Osaka without a JR Pass!

NEW RESTO ALERT: Hà Nội Phố (Ha Noi Pho)

Makati has been a go-to place for my family and I to grab a meal or sometimes just to have a cup of coffee. Though, really, it’s mostly just us visiting our favorite spots. Recently, my mom went out of town so it was just my dad and I who went out for dinner.

Salcedo Market x Legaspi Market Tour

We haven't visited the weekend markets for years so I was giddy with excitement because I was able to visit both Salcedo and Legaspi markets this month, thanks to our Dusit Thani Manila staycation . To differentiate the two, Salcedo market  is held every Saturday at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village Makati while Legaspi market is held every Sunday at the Corinthian Carpark in Legaspi Village Makati. Since we were coming from Dusit Thani Manila, it was quite a long walk but it was early in the morning (around 8AM) and even Ayala and Makati Avenues were still without cars. Wow!
