RECIPE: Strawberries Cream Shake and Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

'Tis the season to make yummy creations like Strawberries Cream Shake and Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream using pantry staples. And not only that, this is also a nice bonding activity for you and your child.

Studies have shown that strengthening parent/child relationship brings fruit to positive relationship, and we all want that, right? So what better way to start a new tradition than by asking them to help create their favorite snacks.

Strawberries Cream Shake:

- Blend a cup of Nestle Strawberry Yogurt with a few scoops of Nestle Temptations Extra Creamy Strawberries and Cream Ice Cream.
- Garnish with real slices of strawberries if you have in your fridge.

Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream:
- Prepare banana slices and use as toppings over a few scoops of Nestle Temptations Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream.
- Drizzle with peanut butter and chocolate kisses for that extra flair.

Enjoy the holiday season and give yourself and your kids a sweet reward with Nestle Temptations. These flavors are available in groceries nationwide.

Salcedo Market x Legaspi Market Tour

We haven't visited the weekend markets for years so I was giddy with excitement because I was able to visit both Salcedo and Legaspi markets this month, thanks to our Dusit Thani Manila staycation . To differentiate the two, Salcedo market  is held every Saturday at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village Makati while Legaspi market is held every Sunday at the Corinthian Carpark in Legaspi Village Makati. Since we were coming from Dusit Thani Manila, it was quite a long walk but it was early in the morning (around 8AM) and even Ayala and Makati Avenues were still without cars. Wow!
