People nowadays are being more particular about the food that they are eating and its health benefit. So it is not surprising that restaurants that serves organic food and detox bars are sprouting up all over the country. And in Baguio, the newest kid on the block is Live Long Detox Bar.

Villa Del Conte Chocolates For Mother's Day

A mother's love knows no boundaries, unconditional, and every moment with her is priceless. And what's a better way of showing her that you love and treasure her by pampering her with Villa Del Conte chocolates on Mother's Day.

Share A Toblerone and Win A Trip for TWO to Switzerland

Everybody loves chocolates and who wouldn't want to receive some and turn his or her day special? And here's the best part, aside from making someone's day special with Toblerone, you also get a chance to visit Switzerland.

FOOD FINDS: Unit 16 Sweets

Daughter and I happen to see the food bazaar in Glorietta last Sunday and espied this stall selling chocolates. Actually, what attracted us are the nice wrappers ... then the flavors!

After playing (or was it watching) Kingdom Hearts last year, daughter's been bugging me about Sea Salt Ice Cream. I guess Sea Salt Chocolate is the next best thing! ;)

Toblerone Snow Top Party

Toblerone Philippines just held the successful Epic Snow Party at the Imperial Ice Bar to welcome its Limited Edition Toblerone Snow Top. Guests was asked to come in white and celebrate the Epic Snow Party while enjoying the music, food, and of course- savoring the delicious Toblerone Snow Top.

FOOD FINDS: M&Ms Cherry

I am always on the lookout for chocolates especially the strange ones so I was very happy to have found these M&Ms in Baguio when we went there last March.

I've heard of M&Ms Raspberry last year but the flavor didn't arrived on Philippine shores (I think). I was even asking a friend to buy some for me but she can't find the elusive flavor except.

FOOD FINDS: Alfredo Almond Dark Chocolate

A friend gave me a box of chocolates today after having a passionate conversation about nuts and chocolates the other day. Lucky. Thank you G!!!

This is my first time to try this brand of chocolate although I remember seeing this brand in the grocery.

FOOD FINDS: Dried Mango Chocolate

These lovelies came all the way from Cebu and lovingly hand-carried by a friend who indulges my foodie cravings. Actually, she is also a foodie-at-heart so she knows what its like to be on the lookout for new food products, delicacies, restaurants, etc. And since Cebu is known for its dried mangoes, there's a new craze in town and these are the chocolate covered dried mangoes. My friend got these from the airport before flying to Manila. Thanks much!

Patchi Chocolates

One of the finest chocolates I've tasted. Before, I just waited for someone to hand carry some for me but now, Patchi has its own boutique in Bonifacio High Street (there's also a branch in Greenbelt 5). Now I can just visit the store whenever I have some serious chocolate cravings. Cool, right?

Isang Araw Sa Rockwell

First stop was lunch. I don't know why but we only patronize a few restos whenever we go to the Powerplant Mall. And today, the chosen one is ---

We chose a table near the entrance because the last time we dined there, we were seated near the kitchen and we have this "grilled meat" smell around us after we left the resto.

Chocolatey Goodness

This is a boxful-of-LOVE.
I love the dark chocolate variant.
Daughter prefers the one with the caramel.
Hubby wants to eat them all --- hahaha!

Japanese Kit Kats

Had an early morning breakfast conference with Maya and Cyd today- haha. Conference daw. Anyways, Maya just arrived from Japan and she gave us these yummy and kawaii kit kats. Arigato gosaimasu, Maya-san!

Green Tea Kit Kat. Think sweet green tea.

Ichigo Kit Kat. I don't normally like strawberries but this is okay. Nice color, too.

Cheesecake Kit Kat. That's the blue one at the back. My fave!

Minty Goodness

A refreshing chocolate flavor by Cadbury. Got this beauty from Royal Subic and it costs $2.98. Forex was low when I bought it so happy, happy, happy.

The Dark Side

A recent trip to Royal Subic yielded not one but three interesting dark finds.

0 Calorie Kitkat Mint

I think the 0 calorie-thingy is an added bonus. I love mint chocolates so I don't really care if it has zero calories or not.

Minty Goodness

I Love Mint Chocolates !!!

The ones on the photo are after six thin mints and M&Ms mint chocolate which is usually available during Christmas season.

A cousin once commented that eating mint chocolate is like eating toothpaste! hahaha
Peppermint Love

I can't really recall how I turned up to love mint chocolate.

If only I could, I would eat this every day.
Alas, this is not readily available here in Manila. :(
