Craving For Paella Negra And Crepe

Whenever I discovered a restaurant and the food tastes great, I go back there again, and again and I bring my family and friends.

And my current favorite is Calderon. I just can't get enough of the paella negra. Super sarap!

So when I met up with my college frinds for my post-birthday get-together, I suggested Calderon.

We've always wanted to dine at Calderon: Cocina Tapas y Bebidas but during those times that we go there, it is always full. Maybe because its dinnertime already that's why. And because its my birthday and I've been craving for something new, I wanted to spend my birthday dinner at Calderon with my family.

Giant Ulang

These are freshwater shrimps or ulang bought in a market in Plaridel, Bulacan. It costs P120/kilo. These are sometimes available in Farmers Market and in Salcedo Market.




Cooked in garlic and butter sauce. All you need to do is to squeeze some calamansi or lime to make it more flavorful- yum!
