Last August 15, the Asian Food Channel hosted a special dinner at Chef Jessie Rockwell Club to introduce Chef Bal Arneson who is currently on an Asian AFC Tour.

This new restaurant in Fairview Terraces pays homage to Filipino heroes and momentous events from the Spanish era to the 50's till the 90's.

And it also happen to be that we dined at Dekada last August 21 so its a historical day too. Care to guess why August 21st is a National Holiday in the Philippines ;)
