Adobo Pizza
Resorts World Manila is not your usual pizza place nor your usual resto. It's a posh casino place akin to those in Macau and in L.A. So the next question is, how is it related to Adobo Pizza?
This is what one calls serendipity. The choices on the menu board doesn't even include adobo pizza. There's the usual smatterin of quattro fromaggio, meat pizza, white pizza, etc. Luckily, serendity strikes. A foodie friend of a friend happens to be there and ordered Adobo Pizza for us.

This pizza was super, super delish! The cheese doesn't overpower the taste of the adobo and vice versa. And the dough was also soft, just the way I like it.
