Craving For Paella Negra And Crepe

Whenever I discovered a restaurant and the food tastes great, I go back there again, and again and I bring my family and friends.

And my current favorite is Calderon. I just can't get enough of the paella negra. Super sarap!

So when I met up with my college frinds for my post-birthday get-together, I suggested Calderon.

Me and my lovely friends. All of them pursued a teaching career except me.

While waiting for our paella negra, we had the Bacalao ala Vizcaina. This is good but you need tons of bread, trust me. And my friends don't drink so we have to drown ourselves with water. Btw, one of my friends saw her former pupil in Calderon (with his family). Small world indeed!

The famous Paella Negra. Need I say more?  Read about my first Calderon experience here.

Gambas al Ajillo. Yum yum.

Afterwards, we moved in to Calderon's French neighbor--- La Creperie. ;)

Had my favorite salted caramel with vanilla ice cream.

DIY-Crepe that looks like La Christine but with salted caramel syrup.
