Cowrie Grill by The Manila Hotel, a steakhouse institution in Greenhills is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Though it began as one of the restaurants in The Manila Hotel, it has moved to its present location in 2013 and has been serving mouthwatering steaks and other gastronomic dishes since its transfer to Greenhills.
This 10th anniversary is a momentous occasion and will feature Cowrie Grill's ten most popular dishes: Caesar Salad, French Onion Soup, Fettuccine Al Funghi E Tartufo, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass, Saga Wagyu Beef Ribeye, Chateaubriand US Angus, Bone-In Tomahawk Ribeye, Iberico Pork Loin, US Angus Beef Tournedos Rossino with Foie Gras, and Baked Alaska.
