8 Treasures Roasting

We didn't realize how much we're missing out until after we dined at 8 Treasures Roasting.

To be honest, the Power Plant branch didn't have space for diners before so it was just for take-outs. We're not fond of take-outs so there's that. Then it happened, we decided to try it because we wanted to try something new in Power Plant and that's one of the place we haven't eaten yet and yes- we noticed that they do have tables and chairs.

It was raining that they we decided to dine at 8 Treasures but the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup was so worth it!

The beef was tender and flavorful. I also love the noodles which was served al dente. I even surprised myself for finishing the whole bowl. Hehe, serving size was good for one. Of course, I added some chili sauce to enhance the flavor.

My daughter got the Roast Duck Rice Meal and she's also happy with it. The duck meat was tender and juicy. Portion was a bit 'bitin' so maybe order some dimsum on the side? But it was a good meal.

Hubby loved the Lechon Macau Rice Meal and what a generous serving portion! The skin was crispy and the meat is not fatty. I also ordered Siopao Bola Bola but it's just okay, nothing special.

Overall, dining at 8 Treasures made us happy and excited to go back and try the other dishes. Will update on that soon!
