Red Jade also has a specially curated dinner for two that highlights a Trio of Dim Sum Delights, Fish Pearl Soup, Stir-Fry Shrimp in Lettuce Cup, Fried Pigeon with Pork Asado, Simmered Beef Brisket with Pistachio and Chinese Buns, and Pit Lobster with Cheese and Efu Noodles, and Taro Swan and Strawberry Coconut Jelly to complete the meal. Guests can likewise indulge in a pink-themed Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge and Tap Room. It includes Strawberry Bibingka, Puto Bumbong among others plus a choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
