Angel Food Cake:

½ cup + 1 tablespoon     MAYA Cake Flour, sifted

1/8 teaspoon                   salt

½ +1/3 cup                      egg whites

½ teaspoon                      cream of tartar

1 teaspoon                       vanilla extract
