NEW RESTO ALERT: Hawker's Market

A new kid on the buffet-block. Had it not been Momsie's birthday, we wouldn't have discovered this buffet gem right at the Remington Hotel in Pasay City.

The location is not that visible though since its beside 7-11 at the Remington and the entrance of the restaurant is almost fronting the parking entrance of the Resorts World Manila. But luck was with us today and we all ended up having a nice dinner. Also, Hawker's Market is just a day and a month old, according to one of the waitresses.

I didn't know that we were gonna dine here because I just accompanied hubby who has a business meeting at Le Amoretto. But lucky me- I got treated to an early Valentine's Day date. Also, this is one of those few times that hubby and I got to spend some "only-us" time because daughter has school the following day and she has tons of homework to do so she chose to stay home (alone) instead. Thank you, teachers! :D

Iced-Mocha. Hubby's default order (everytime/everywhere). Looks deliciously but I am not a coffee drinker. I just love the smell of coffee. Besides, I get sleepy when I drink coffee. No kidding. Btw, I love the pink carnation and mums. I think that roses on Valentine's Day are overrated.

I'm such a sucker when it comes to good food, especially good food that's friendly on the pocket. Here's another great promo that I saw on FB. Promo runs up to October 31, 2012 only. Still have enough time to visit. :)
