Filipino Cuisine at Sentro 1771

Lunch yesterday was at Sentro 1771 in Serendra. The restaurant has an array of mouth-watering Filipino dishes to offer including its famous Sinigang na Corned Beef that began the Filipino Cuisine evolution from traditional to modern. We dined at the Serendra branch yesterday to check out the new dishes on the menu and also got to meet Chef Vicky Pacheco. Wow!

Chez Karine Macarons

Eversince that fated day when the last crumb of Laduree macaron disappeared, daughter and I have been craving for something similar. Luckily, I had to go somewhere in BGC so I made a mental note to visit Chez Karine.

Chelsea Restaurant in Serendra

Toblerone Torte. I love cakes. I love chocolates.

Salad topped with bacon. Forgot what it's called but it tastes divine.

The pumpkin soup is just so-so for me. I'm not that fond of pumpkin and squash.

Sonja's Cupcakes

This is not your usual cupcake. This is a DESIGNER cupcake. A what??

Strategically located in Serendra, Sonja's Cupcakes is not only delicious but it's a feast to behold also. However, don't expect these pretty-looking cupcakes to be budget-friendly. Also, the tiffany-blue box is quite a darling! And because Tiffany rings are expensive, Sonja's the next big thing.
