RECIPE: TKG's Chicken Medley

Sometimes, I do get creative in the kitchen especially if there are leftovers. In this case, we still have about half fried chicken from Original Savory (we usually order here whenever we wanted a quick fried chicken fix). So I checked the pantry and found some cans of Jolly Whole Mushrooms, Jolly Whole Corn Kernels, and Jolly Cream of Mushroom, and turnip slices in the fridge. Lucky!



This is a quick and easy-to-do recipe. Also, you can be creative with your leftovers. Just pair it with whatever is inside your fridge or pantry.


Ingredients:

1 cup diced chicken (I used leftover The Original Savory Fried Chicken)
1 cup quartered Jolly Whole Mushrooms
1 can whole Jolly Corn Kernels
1 cup diced turnips
half can Jolly Cream of Mushroom
olive oil or butter
ground pepper
salt (optional)
water




In a non-stick pan, add some oil to coat the pan and stir-fry the chicken and mushrooms. Add corn and turnips after about 5 minutes and continue to stir-fry. Season with pepper. Salt is optional since the chicken is already tasty. Add the cream of mushroom and dilute it with about 1/3 cup of water (or as desired). Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes and you're all done. Serving is good for 4 pax.
