One of our favorite dining and take-out place is Eat Fresh near Wilson St., San Juan. This restaurant is always full especially during peak hours so its either you go there early to secure a table, wait in line, or order take outs. And the best part- you can eat a very filling meal here without breaking your wallet.

My First Buffet Lunch In 2014
Who would've thought that after the month-long pigging-out last December that I'd still have space for another one just a few days after New Year's Day? But I have a very good excuse- my best buddy and foodie-mate from Cebu is here so there's reason for another celebration. Also, she was the one who told me about the Saturday lunch promo of 100 Revolving Restaurant for Citibank card holders which began last month. The restaurant is located along C5 in Eastwood.
Thumbs up because I've already tried their Saturday Buffet Lunch at 100 Revolving during its first run last December and I love, love, love the buffet spread there especially the cochinillo. I also love the turkey and the roast beef. I love the salad greens, the pasta, the seafood. And the love the desserts. Okay, I love everything there. Take note: the buffet spread is not as extensive as the buffet spreads in most hotels and restaurant but the difference here is that you want to eat everything here because they're just so delicious. I can't even decide clearly which is my favorite dish or dessert. Please read my first visit to 100 Revolving Restaurant here.

NEW RESTO ALERT: 100 Revolving Restaurant
This restaurant is barely six months old but knowing that Chef Jessie Sincioco of the famed Le Souffle, Top of The Citi, and The Rockwell Club is at the helm, then there's no denying of having a superb dining experience here. And of course, not to be missed is the 360 degree revolving view of the City which makes a complete circle in approximately 90 minutes. I bet even the kids will love the awesome view of the city. Aside from the city view, you can also have a full circle view of the different areas of the restaurant from the main entrance, bar, kitchen and dining area. To date, this is the only revolving restaurant in the country although there used to be a revolving restaurant in Quiapo, Manila decades ago. If you happen to know SM Clearance Outlet, simply look up and you'll see where the revolving restaurant used to be. I'm not really sure if its moving like the 100 Revolving Restaurant of Chef Jessie but I'm pretty sure that it had a splendid 360 degree view of the city when tall buildings were just a handful.
At night, we were told by Chef Jessie that the restaurant has been a popular place for romantic proposals and several private functions.

Moms Brunch At Casa Roces
We (with JL and IL) haven't seen each other for quite sometime now that when IL texted us that she has a scheduled meeting with her daughter's adviser the following day and that she's available for breakfast.Chosen brekky place was in nearby Casa Roces, its just a short walk from where our kids go to school.
Oliva Bistro Cafe
One Saturday morning, I found myself having brunch at Oliva Bistro Cafe. I think I may have heard of this restaurant before but since I don't usually step beyond T.Morato and Timog when in Quezon City, it is only now that I was able to dine here. Thanks to my foodie friend for fetching me at home. And I can say that I'm amazed with this restaurant which is owned by an Indian Chef who married a Filipina.
NEW RESTO ALERT: Barley Gastropub
A great place to hangout after a tired day's work or simply to dine-in-style with your love one. This restaurant/bar is the latest on Sgt. Esguerra's food strip. It is located at the El Jardin Presidente Condo. It's not that hard to miss this place since its several steps away from El Jardin's gate.
